Terms and Conditions of Booking 2011

1. Your accommodation is available from 2.00pm on the day of your arrival. We ask you to vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure, to enable us to prepare the accommodation for our next guest.

2. Camping - your pitch is available from 12 noon and to be vacated  by 11.00am on the day of departure.

3. Please treat the site and accommodation with respect and care. Accommodation will inspected at the end of your holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage.

4. As this is a family site, we regret that we cannot accept bookings from all male or all female parties or any single parties under the age of 18.

5. Dogs must be kept under control at all times and must not be left unattended in the accommodation at any time. Please do not allow your dog foul the site. In the event of an accidents please scoop the mess into a bag and place in a dustbin provided.

6. Only the number of people noted on the Booking Form can occupy the accommodation.  Visitors are permitted on site; please inform us prior to their arrival. Their cars can be parked on site subject to availability of space at a fee of £1.00 per day.

7. We reserve the right to terminate a booking without compensation, where the behavior of persons or their guests or pets, may impair the health, comfort or the enjoyment of other guests.

8. The appropriate deposit must be sent with the booking form. This acts as a booking fee, which will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled. The balance is to be paid no later than 28 days before the start of your holiday. Failure to make such payment will be treated by us as a cancellation of the booking. On receipt of the balance your authorization slip will be sent to you, which allows collection of keys from reception. All cancellations must be notified in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

9. Should you need to cancel your booking please telephone us as soon as possible and then confirm in writing. Subject to re-letting we may make re-payment of part or all your payment.

10. We at Family Holidays accept no liability for any personal injury, (fatal or otherwise) loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party or property on this site however it occurred.

11. Holiday insurance is generally recommended, however this is something you have to choose and arrange for yourselves- we do not make these arrangements for you.

12. We reserve the right to make alterations to our Booking Conditions, price lists etc, at anytime.

13. Barbeques are provided in the chalet/static caravans  please do not place disposable barbeques on the grass.

14. Children must not use the toilets/wash area as a play ground. In the interest of safety ball games and bicycles are not to be used on site. 

15. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times

16. The park should be kept clean and tidy at all times, rubbish must be put in the bins provided

Please not we accept bookings from couples and families only.

How to book

1. Please telephone to check availability of dates required prior to completing the booking form

2. please complete the booking form and send together with your deposit 

3. Telephone reservations are accepted but must be confirmed with a completed booking form and full deposit within 7 days of your telephone call. If your confirmation and deposit are not received within this period we reserve the right to release all accommodation held.
